Pack Your Puzzle
Securely place the unopened puzzle in its original packaging, ensuring all factory seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement puzzle within 3-5 business days.
